Account opening

To open an account for legal entities, residents and non-residents, the following documents are required: 

Certificate of state registration of entrepreneurial activity.

Extract.

Copy of the charter and founding documents.

A copy of the TIN certificate.

Copy of the passport and TIN of the responsible person.

A copy of the protocol or order on the appointment of the head/director and chief accountant.

Sample signatures and seal card – 2 copies.

For non-resident branches or representative offices - a legal permit (or certificate) is required, which is issued to a non-resident in a diplomatic mission of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad or in a diplomatic representation of a foreign state in the Republic of Tajikistan to open an account.

Commission for cash services at the cash desks of Spitamen Bank CJSC is:

in national currency: 0,2% of the withdrawn amount;

in foreign currency: 0,5% of the withdrawn amount.

Commission for a money transfer from the client's account, depending on the transfer currency, is as follows:

In US Dollars: 55$;

in Euro: 35 Euro;

in Chinese Yuan: 100 Yuan.
